Our story
Photoprizms was established in 2018 by a small team of photographers and videographers based in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. We started with a simple idea: your wedding day passes quickly, but the photos and films should stay with you for a lifetime. Over the years, that love of capturing honest, beautiful moments has taken us to many celebrations, and given us the chance to work with some truly talented people along the way.

What we photograph and film
We specialise in Malay wedding photography and videography, covering the akad nikah (solemnisation), the sanding reception and the bertandang. We also cover special events, as well as portrait and lifestyle sessions. You can choose photography only, photography with a keepsake album set, photo and video together, or videography only. Each package is clearly priced, so you know what you’re getting before you book.

Our approach
We believe the best wedding photos feel natural. We guide you gently when you need it, and step back so the real moments can happen. Your photos are carefully edited for a clean, consistent look, and your highlight film and teaser are put together so you can relive the day, and share it with family who couldn’t be there.

Where we shoot
We’re based in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor and regularly cover weddings across the Klang Valley, including Shah Alam, Klang and Seremban. If your venue is further away, just ask us.

08 / TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terma dan Syarat

1. Pengenalan

Terma & Syarat ini mengawal hubungan antara Photoprizms sebagai jurugambar profesional dan pelanggan yang membuat tempahan untuk perkhidmatan fotografi dan videografi. Dengan membuat tempahan atau menggunakan perkhidmatan Jurugambar, Pelanggan mengakui bahawa mereka telah membaca dan bersetuju dengan Terma & Syarat ini.

2. Perkhidmatan yang Disediakan

Photoprizms akan menyediakan perkhidmatan fotografi dan videografi seperti yang dipersetujui dengan Pelanggan, yang mungkin merangkumi tetapi tidak terhad kepada:

Sesi fotografi dan videografi untuk perkahwinan, acara keluarga, potret individu, atau acara korporat.

Perkhidmatan suntingan imej dan penciptaan album.

Penghantaran imej dalam format digital atau cetakan.

3. Yuran dan Pembayaran

Yuran Perkhidmatan: Kos perkhidmatan tidak termasuk kos pengangkutan.

Deposit: Deposit sebanyak RM100 diperlukan untuk mengesahkan tempahan. Deposit ini tidak akan dikembalikan sekiranya berlaku pembatalan oleh Pelanggan.

Bayaran Baki: Baki bayaran perlu dijelaskan sepenuhnya sebelum acara berlangsung atau selepas sesi ‘outdoor’

Kaedah Pembayaran: Pembayaran boleh dibuat secara tunai atau perbankan dalam talian.

4. Pembatalan dan Penjadualan Semula

Pembatalan: Sekiranya Pelanggan membatalkan tempahan, deposit tidak akan dikembalikan.

Penjadualan Semula: Jika Pelanggan ingin menukar tarikh sesi fotografi atau videografi, usaha yang munasabah akan dilakukan untuk menjadualkan semula ke tarikh lain.

5. Hak Cipta dan Penggunaan Imej

Semua imej yang diambil adalah hak milik Photoprizms dan pasukan, dan dilindungi di bawah undang-undang hak cipta.

Pelanggan diberikan lesen untuk menggunakan imej bagi tujuan peribadi seperti cetakan atau perkongsian di media sosial. Sebarang penggunaan komersial memerlukan kebenaran bertulis daripada Jurugambar.

Jurugambar berhak menggunakan imej untuk portfolio, bahan pemasaran, atau platform media sosial.

6. Penghantaran Imej

Tempoh Penghantaran: Imej akan disiapkan dan dihantar dalam tempoh 5 hari selepas sesi fotografi.

Kaedah Penghantaran: Imej akan dihantar melalui Google Photos

Format Imej: Imej akan diberikan dalam format JPEG dan resolusi tinggi.

Gambar Suntigan: Penyuntingan dilakukan pada imej terpilih sahaja 75 keping/jam dan bergantung pada situasi majlis.

Google photos link: Di minta pelanggan untuk ‘backup’ / ‘Download’ semua imej dalam masa 6 bulan dari tarikh link di beri

Pihak Photoprizms tidak akan bertanggungjawab jika link sudah di hapuskan selepas tempoh 6 bulan.

7. Tanggungjawab Pelanggan

Pelanggan bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan lokasi sesi fotografi adalah sesuai dan selamat.

Pelanggan mesti memberi kerjasama sepanjang sesi fotografi dan memberikan akses kepada lokasi atau individu yang akan dirakam.

8. Liabiliti dan Kerosakan

Jurugambar tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kehilangan, kerosakan, atau kecederaan terhadap harta atau individu semasa sesi fotografi melainkan disebabkan oleh kecuaian Jurugambar.

Semua peralatan fotografi dan videografi akan dikendalikan dengan cermat, namun Pelanggan harus mengambil langkah berjaga-jaga di lokasi.

9. Penyelesaian Pertikaian

Sekiranya berlaku sebarang pertikaian berkaitan dengan perkhidmatan, kedua-dua pihak bersetuju untuk cuba menyelesaikannya melalui mediasi atau arbitrasi sebelum mengambil tindakan undang-undang. Perjanjian ini tertakluk kepada undang-undang Malaysia.

10. Perubahan Terma & Syarat

Photoprizms berhak untuk mengubah Terma & Syarat ini pada bila-bila masa. Sebarang perubahan akan dimaklumkan kepada Pelanggan melalui laman web rasmi.

11. Kebolehasingan

Jika mana-mana bahagian dalam Terma & Syarat ini didapati tidak sah atau tidak boleh dikuatkuasakan, bahagian yang selebihnya akan kekal sah dan boleh dikuatkuasakan.

12. Penafian

Photoprizms tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang keadaan di luar kawalan mereka, seperti cuaca buruk atau kegagalan teknikal semasa sesi fotografi.
